With this declaration of intent, both parties confirm the inherent value and considerable potential of such cooperation and declare their willingness to negotiate in good faith and mutual willingness to cooperate. Non-Binding This declaration of intent is to be considered non-binding. Purpose of the Partnership The intention of this strategic alliance is to intensify the engagement of followers and to sustainably strengthen their connection to the content creator. Simultaneously, by granting a profit participation right, a structure for returns is created, enabling the followers to generate regular monthly income from their investments. Framework of Cooperation Fanventures commits to developing and testing a platform to the highest security standards, thus creating a reliable basis for the creator's investment campaigns. Upon successful completion of the development and security phase, Fanventures will thoroughly introduce the creator to the use of the platform, enabling them to effectively initiate and manage their investment campaign. The creator has the right to set the duration and terms of the profit participation right, including the percentage of participation offered to their investors – the followers and fans. With the consent of Fanventures and the definition of terms, the creator is authorized to launch the investment campaign. Fanventures will provide support by offering the necessary digital infrastructure and platform services. The creator will then commit to informing their investors about this opportunity through social media and to appropriately promote the campaign.
